We'll discover the streets and secret alleyways of the Old Town area of Edinburgh, starting at Edinburgh Castle, then we'll wander down to "Diagon Alley" and find the gravestones of "Voldemort" and some other well known names in the Harry Potter series.

Spot "Hogwarts School" of Wizardry and The Elephant House Cafe, a pilgrimage to Harry Potter fans and we'll find out exactly why.

This tour brings together the hundreds of years of history from 1590 to the 1940’s. You’ll hear the sad stories of the thousands of innocent women who were persecuted during the Scottish witchcraft panics. We’ll begin outside Holyrood Palace and weave our way up to Royal Mile finishing outside Edinburgh Castle.

Learn about the mass hysteria, the reign of King James VI of Scotland and what life would have been like in the 1500 & 1600’s. Learn about the real history and real women of Scotland.

The subject matter may be dark, but it is important that this era in history is remembered.

Discover the life of arguably, the most famous monarch in Scottish history. Weaving our way through the closes and Royal Mile of the old town, you’ll learn about Mary’s turbulent life here in Edinburgh.

Walk through the Canongate graveyard to see where David Rizzio is buried, walk past John Knox’s House and walk around the outside of the 900 year old St. Giles Cathedral.

Learn about the reformation in Scotland, and the events of Mary’s life that unfolded right here in Edinburgh that ultimately lead to her downfall.

We will end the tour in the shadows of Holyrood Palace and I’ll show you some of the hidden closes here in the heart of the city.
