Hi, I’m Kat. I created Travel Kat Tours in 2018, which specialises in small group tours around the U.K.

Having gained a degree in Tourism Management and undertaken relevant tour guiding qualifications and extensively worked within the Scottish tourism industry I feel I have the passion and knowledge to show you around.

I specialised my final year university thesis paper on Scottish film tourism with special emphasis on Harry Potter and Outlander. 

I have a real passion for showing visitors my beautiful country and wherever I travel around the world I always promote visiting the U.K and in particular Scotland. I have lived in the Scottish Capital of Edinburgh for nearly 10 years and have extensive knowledge on the historic Old Town area.

When I am not touring with guests, my other love is travelling – on a budget specifically. I’ve been lucky enough to have visited over 50 countries around the world and would still say that Scotland is one of my favourite places.
